To make a reservation:
1. Complete the form to the right or call, being sure to list the trip you want, the date(s), and the number in your party.
2. Once you hear from us, please pay a 50% deposit either by check or credit card. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Please make checks to Sound Eco Adventures and mail to
3. Full payment is due before departure.
Cancellations:
1. If unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances prevent our departure, you may reschedule your trip or request a refund.
2. If a guest cancels a trip one full week before scheduled departure, the deposit is refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. If cancellation is requested after this time, the deposit is forfeited unless another trip of similar type is scheduled for the same date(s), minus a 10% administration fee.
Additional Information:
1. Rain is a frequent visitor in the Sound and not grounds for cancellation. On any given day, weather in the Sound can be highly variable. Please prepare accordingly.
2. In the case of a cancellation made by Sound Eco Adventures due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible for any expenses guests have incurred beyond payments to us such as airline fares, etc. We recommend guests purchase trip insurance.
